Chef Kostas was both great to work with and gave us a beautiful night. He was very communicative before the event, helpful, and flexible to our preferences. He arrived on time, prepared and ready to get started. He is a very nice person and pleasurable to talk to. But how was the food? It was unanimous. Every guest LOVED the food. We tried to pick out or favorite dish but it was impossible. The apps, soup, fish, lamb, and desert were all equally favorites for everyone. I highly recommend Chef Kostas and look forward to hiring him again.
